Paper Submission

 

Prospective participants are invited to electronically submit the full version of their work (in PDF file), following the instructions available at the paper submission site (http://www.mecha.ee.boun.edu.tr/ocs/).  Accepted papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in a conference proceedings that will appear in IEEE Xplore and therefore be customarily indexed by EI Compendex.   Some papers will be selected for publication in International Journal of   Optomechatronics or IEEE/ASME Transaction on Mechatronics (pls see the CFP for the Focussed Section);

The paper should be formatted as follows: 

  • Paper: US-letter or A4 paper
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.5 cm) on top, bottom, left and right sides
  • Number of pages: 6, 2 extra pages can be used at a cost of € 50.00/page.
