If your paper has been accepted for presentation during ISOT 2009, you need to (1) make sure that your pdf copy is IEEE Xplore compatible and then (2) upload this pdf document as described below:

 

*** PLEASE NOTE :  Maximum file size for Final Submissions have been adapted to 4MB for each paper.

 

Checking the IEEE Xplore compatibility of the pdf version of your final manuscript

 

We have subscribed to IEEE PDF Xpress service to assist authors in converting their files to PDF files that meet IEEE PDF compliance criteria. Please note that PDF eXpress only creates the PDF files for you, and you should still submit the converted file to the conference paper management system as described  below.

 

If you do the pdf conversion by yourself:

  • AFTER the conversion, the PDF file made by yourself MUST be checked by IEEE PDF eXpress.   This is mandatory for the compatibility of all manuscripts that have to be included in IEEE Xplore.

 

Otherwise, please convert to and check PDF files using  IEEE PDF eXpress™.

  • Create your manuscript(s).
  • Create IEEE PDF eXpress account.
  • Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) for Checking.
  • IEEE PDF eXpress attains full IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF files.

After finishing the compatibility check, an email will be sent automatically to you.  The authors are expected  to send the pdf express report to us in order to show that their papers are IEEE compatible.The authors are also supposed to send  ;

IEEE copyright forms  (please click here for WORD form)      (please click here for PDF form)    with their signatures.

Uploading the IEEE Compatability checked final manuscript

The authors are expected to upload the final version of their papers and additionally, "the pdf express report", and "IEEE copyright forms" as a zip file by following these instructions:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on "Author"
  • Click on "Archive"
  • Select your accepted paper which is in "posted" status.
  • Click on "Review
  • To upload the "Final Version of your paper", use "Browse" and "Upload" buttons under "Director Decision" section.
  • If the "browse" and "upload" buttons under "Director   Decision" section are not active, please kindly upload your papers as a new submission.
  • To upload the zip file that includes "the pdf express report" and "IEEE copyright forms", click on "SUMMARY" and then click on "ADD A SUPPLEMENTARY FILE".
